I need help seeing how difficult this test is

Like the subject says, I need help seeing if this is too difficult. This is something related to my guild. The test will be for Recruits going up to Members. The test is completed when the person being tested goes from D0 to D8 with no deaths. Here are the requirements:
If the requirement looks like this, it is not needed for evaluating the difficulty.
- Must start from D0 and end at D8 in any arcade gate
- Must be solo (No party)
- Must not die (Instead, just tell me how many times you died, if any. Still, try to keep from dieing)
- Must be Soldier rank or higher
- The following equipment must be worn: (Any mount of heat is allowed)
- Spiral Scale Helm (Mining Hat or Proto helm is okay)
- Spiral Scale Mail (Vitasuit or Proto armor is okay)
- Scale Shield or Force Buckler (Iron Buckler or Proto shield is okay)
- Any two weapons from this list:
- Bolted Blade
- Heavy Hatchet
- Big Beast Basher
- Rugged Robo Wrecker
- Super Slime Slasher
- Thwack Hammer
- Pummel Gun
- Zapper
- Super Stun Gun
- Frost Gun
- Cold Snap
- Firecracker
- ANY 0* WEAPON IS ALLOWED
- No trinkets or 3rd and 4th weapons are allowed
I know this will be really easy for any T3 pro, but this test is for those who got to T2 recently. Right now, I don't have a very good stock of the required items listed here, so I'm allowing for some 0* items as well. (I won't be able to provide the gear, but when we start recruiting again, I will have a large amount of each one from my mist crafting alt.) There are some other requirements related to the amount of activity and join date, but that doesn't matter here. If I forget something, I'll throw it in. If you decide to try the test, please tell me how you do. If you don't mind, could you link players with the Soldier and Knight ranks to this thread? Thanks!

I guess they'd find it really easy if they think to just grab a gun and just run through.

I do want to see how hard this is for that target audience, still.
Also, we aren't trying to barrier. The main thing is that currently promotions mean almost nothing here, being the promotion requirements are nill and are just like "Oh, I think you've been here for a long enough time. Here, take a promotion." I want the guild rank to mean something. Also, due to one thing of players leaving, I want to have a leave date, to help make sure we don't run out of space due to inactive people. (Almost happened before the guild went plunk) Recruits would be kicked if they don't log on for a certain amount of time, and members could stay inactive for a bit longer before getting removed.
You do make a good point though: parties should be allowed. If you didn't understand me, you don't need to clear anything to get into the guild. This is about being promoted.
@Duke, that is true. Another thing to make it easier is you can pick your gate. You can chose the one with the monsters that you think are the most suited for your play style or the ones that are the easiest.

" (I won't be able to provide the gear, but when we start recruiting again, I will have a large amount of each one from my mist crafting alt.) "
May I point out at least half of the listed stuff is handed for free if you follow the tutorial missions.

You need to monitor how the run goes. Have an officer join the recruit with a gran faust or fang of vog. Suicide, and follow the recruit on camera.
Tests for higher ranks will have more officers as dead weight to increase the difficulty.

I know, Evil. I am still thinking about this. Maybe images? One at the start and one at the end? If I have the time on each I can calculate how much energy must have regenerated.
Also, yes I know Juances. I can't go assuming that everyone holds onto their 1* gear though. (Almost everyone sells theirs. >.>)
Lastly, I'm still seeing how hard this is. I doesn't matter if we have much of any confirmation right now. I just want to know how difficult this will be, being I'm a beta player and I can't evaluated it myself.

Images can be photoshopped, and the recruit could invite people to help if you are not monitoring constantly. Joining the recruit as a corpse is the way to go.
I think the best way to find out how hard it is, is to see for yourself: Open a party in T1 clockworks, wait for one knight to join up, lock party. Or fish for a newbie in Haven/training hall. Then you can witness first-hand how often they die, even with you drawing away from aggro.
It varies greatly from person to person. For some players it may never occur to them how to not die, unless they're taught.
Doing it without any deaths might be too hard for your target audience. But, since you allow deaths, it might be about right.
One thing to consider: Some people (including me) really like playing in a party. So your insistence on solo play may be off-putting to some potential guildies.
If it's not an impolite question, why are you enforcing this requirement in your guild? Have you been having trouble with really, really bad guildmates? In my opinion, the more barriers you put up, the fewer people will want to cross them. If you have even more requirements than what you've posted here, then many players will not even read, let alone fulfill, those requirements. So my advice (which you didn't ask for, I know) is that you strip your requirements down to the bare essentials, and make them as simple as possible.
