At the moment i cant log in, i just keep getting same message: "Either there is temporary network outage or the server is not yet fully operational. Please wait moment before reconnecting".

Problem is reaching far more than not being able to log into game!
I am unable to download client, or to establish any kind of communication with servers. When i try to reinstall game and update files java application is asking me to manually insert my proxy ID since it is unable to auto-detect my proxy settings.
I added java to my firewall exceptions which changed nothing. If anyone little more experienced with this kind of issue is able to help please step out of shadows to the rescue!
