Okay, Three Rings. I have a suggestion for ya. Please, when we click "Return to Haven" on the left when we die or when we press up while on the elevators on mistake please add an "Are you sure you want to return to Haven?" because this has happened to me a lot and when it happens, I'm like ":|.......... >:()<[ *SCREAM!*" and then I feel like grabbing and hammer and then smashing everything I see. I almost pressed the up button once but it didn't exactly happen just almost...

I just make this mistake a lot.

Well

If it's an issue for you, be careful from now on and be cautious. Always make yourself a confirmation. I'm not sure if it's a issue for everybody

Really, i see no reason to

Really, i see no reason to not put confirmations on more things, since people can just turn off confirmations in the options if they don't like them. (Though personally i have more of an issue with accidentally going down another level when i mean to go up, wasting ten mist.)

Are you talking about the tiny button that is clearly makred as "return to haven"? I'm not really sure how you would accidentally click that, there're no other buttons around there that you would really need to be clicking. You accidentally clicked up instead down? Again, I'm not really sure how you would do that.

The game really isn't supposed to stop you from doing every little thing you could possibly do. What's next, an "are you sure you want to craft" button?

I accidentally killed a mewkat. Shouldnt we have a confirmation window every time we swing our swords?

Here is the why this happens

Here is the why this happens to me.

I use a laptop so if I accidentally tap my laptop mouse it is considered as a click. So, sometimes if I just want to move and click something like my social list or the event hub a tap can cause me to click when I don't even mean to. Which is why this has happened to me. I ALMOST clicked up when I got my hand on my mouse ready exactly. That means I have a point, it'll help laptop users.

Little-Juances, that really isn't going to do anything... I didn't really see how that was legit sarcasm because if you kill a monster by mistake like that there seriously wouldn't be anything wrong with that so yes, it's not like a Love Puppy that can heal you. Even though there is a description that says "Are a few crowns really worth killing this peaceful little thing?"

So yeah, but an are you sure for crafting doesn't sound bad but that's not what I'm asking. It's just a so me as a laptop user doesn't make this mistake again.

I don't have normal fingers I guess.

I fail to see how you can

I fail to see how you can play to the fullness of your skill by using a mousepad. Get a mouse: You'll play a lot better because of it. Either that or download a program that disables this hardware feature. Other people shouldn't have to suffer because of the minority of people who use laptops and don't know how to find a workaround.

I have a laptop (I don't have a desktop) and I always play with an external mouse.

Suffer? You're over exaggerating. Are you trying to say people are too lazy that if they press Return to Haven it would hurt them to click a yes or no on the are you sure button? If it were to be that bad then Three Rings can simply install a "Don't Ask Again" checkbox under it like they do with most things.

Why would your cursor be over the "return to haven" button anyways? If it was such a big problem, you should have learned to not put your cursor over the tiny screen patch of doom.

The papaya laughs

@Oatmonster I actually did press down instead of up once XD Since I rarely press the up button......................Still, it isn't the most common mistake in the game :P Trust me, there are much much worse (Thinks about time when I actually used CE to craft another Wolver Coat instead of upgrading it to Skolver)

I also accidentally closed the window once by pressing Command-Q (which quits the application you are currently on, FYI I'm on a mac) and we were *this* close to killing Vanaduke 0_0

The papaya adds one more thing

"and then I feel like grabbing and hammer and then smashing everything I see" The Prototype rocket hammer, Stable Rocket Hammer? Or Warmaster Rocket Hammer? Because if you grab any of them I'm gonna stay a million light years away from you................... :P

While I'm waiting for someone to revive me while I'm dead, I check my social tab or event hub. That's why and I might tap and click the button.

I just discovered another reason why this happens. While I'm attacking but eventually die in like a flash, I press my mouse and it may cause me to press the Return to Haven if I'm fighting something on the side.

. . . .

Look before you click.

I play without a mouse on occasion. It's never been a problem. Not once.

This idea is going to sound like pokemon

The next idea would be:

"Are you sure you want to swing your sword?"
"Are you sure you want to charge your sword"
"Are you sure you want to shoot your gun?"
"Are you sure you want to charge your gun?"
"Are you sure you want to plant the bomb?"
"Are you sure you want to pick up the crowns/heat?"
"Are you sure you want to be friends"
"Are you sure you want to enter the Bazzar/Haven/Arcade?"
"Are you sure you want to move"
"Are you sure you want to bid?"
"Are you sure you want to make a alt?"
"Are you sure you want to go to the forums?"

If those are in the game, what's next in our generation? "Are you sure you want to open your computer?"
