I've done the other thing already. What I mean is true live streaming, like on Twitch.tv.
By the way, to record in-game audio, get a headphone cable and connect your microphone port to your headphone port. ;)
Yes, you are allowed as long as what you're streaming follows the ToS, I'd imagine. The ToS is pretty lenient, so as long as you don't anything stupid or illogical, you should be fine

I'm not sure what you mean by livestreaming. Do you mean truly streaming it live? I don't know how to do that.
In Mac OS 10.6.8 at least, QuickTime Player can be used to capture the screen as a video. It doesn't capture the audio I think, but you can ask it to capture your microphone. So you can record Spiral Knights while doing oral commentary on your play. And then post the video to your web site, YouTube, etc. Is this what you meant?
