i want real time updates for forums , so i don't have to refresh every time, sure it won't be a problem for people who pays heaps on internet , but for me it takes forever

I have never seen feature like this on any other forum. Feature like that would greatly increase traffic between forum and forum database which would either affect in overall worse experience from viewing forums or if OOO would decide to do it they might have to increase their server cost for quite pointless feature.

Err... in order to auto update, you still depend on the connection. If it takes forever to manually refresh for you now, nothing will change.
In fact could be worse, since the page may not load before another auto update triggers, leaving you helpless in a loop.
Anyways, there are browser plugin that do a similar job for you
