Here is what Guild Master St-Leone has accomplished so far.

Here's some stuff from TNW! Our guildhall is still hugely in progress, but you guys should definitely check us out.
1L (excuse the chat, I really need to learn to /clear before taking screenshots)
3L (each vacant room got a different condo project name)

Wow, you are pretty rich Mawashimono. Not that I'm begging for it(I can take my cake and eat it, thank you very much)because I can just do RJP (Besides, Lionheart is uber)

We don't have all of the upgrades, partly because of the upkeep cost, but we plan to get the expansions eventually.
Judging by all the people running through here I think most have already seen it. For those who've yet to visit here's a pile of photos of the EoS Guild Hall.
Xplor, I love the 'recruit office' idea.
My guild is pretty empty because the upgrades are a bit too expensive for us.
Dogrock's album is currently outdated as of... well, probably by the afternoon, all joking aside.
It is pretty out of date, aye. Doesnae have the library, restaurant, pub, "green" room.... D:...
To be honest, the budget for EACH room (definition of room = 1F wings unlock 2 rooms each) was +/- 100k a room. So I had about 400k to work with. Might sound like a lot until you realize the minimum for things like tables and chairs are 12k.
I tried to make it both aesthetically pleasing, fun and throw in a bit of realism mixed in creating some humorous roleplaying results.
Recruit Office
Decrations: The chairs outside the room for the people to "line up" while waiting to be interviewed. desk and some plants
-Role playing joke for some of the officers and members. Last night we had some intersting things going on:
1) we had a courtroom drama
2) we had an interrogation (waterboarding may or may not be used)
3) we had 2 ppl try to register to get married. The groom (or bride, i think they were both male IRL i think) ran away before signing the papers
Health Room
Decoration: 2 beds with with field sensor made to look like IV tube/ knight monitor machine and 2 chairs for visiting members
-Last nights roleplaying jokes:
1) continuation of interrogation the waterboarded victim was sent to the health room to recover
2) an officer was dying
3) another officer had his "rod" checked; it was becoming hot (before you think dirty thoughts, he was wearing mercurial demo suit)
PL cafe
Decorations-chairs tables to make counter and place to chat ran out of crowns to finish banquet hall
-Last nights roleplaying jokes
1) "Welcome Sprialbucks! What can I get you?" ('nuff said)
I always keep in mind that I can build nice rooms but it's left to the people to use them.
Just the west wing for us here so far, but have some screenshots.
EDIT: Well, that's just the weirdest thing. It ate my screenshots from the list, but they're still there somehow (and yes, they're set to public).
1F West - Hallway (Outside Bedroom)
Here are some rooms I designed for my guild for their approval in design space. Please do not copy but feel free to use as inspiration.

No steamcommunity pictures? sad :P
I'd post mine but all I have is two chairs, a table, and a bush. Our guild is pretty dead :(
