I recently got the 4* GH sword, and since the Levi line a useful weapon, and sadly they can't be uprgaded, so I'm just asking, as I'm currently a 4* player.
How long would it take to upgread a Tempered Cali to Levi?

Just pretend that these gift items never happened, and continue with your life as usual. A 3-star item takes exactly as long to get to 5-star as it used to. If you're F2P, then CE is your bottleneck. If you're P2P, then heat is your bottleneck. We don't even know which one you are.

Calculate how many crowns you win per day, then check energy prices and do the math. Add an extra week for heat.

Depends absolutely and entirely on what you do.
Do you die a lot? Will you heat it in FSC or some random T2 CW level? Will you use heat amps? Will you be heating anything else up as well? Will your party mates give you heat? Will you do one run a day or absolutely spam it until it's finished? et cetera...
