mainly most are lazy people who do not wanna do runs or do not understand the mechanics of a mmo based game and either do not understand that it is expensive to hand free junk to them or if they do a run they can earn cr to buy something cheap in auction house or better yet make it them self. i also find that some mainly the ce beggars are people that cannot manage their ce yet or do not understand how to get ce buy pressing the button on bottom right and hit trade tab and buy it themselves, which is what i tell them. i know most are new people but really they need to learn begging gets nowhere at all. just because someone is wearing a 5* set of armor does not mean they got alot of cr or ce heck it took me half a year to get to 5* and pass vana without a lift pass or even spending any cash though steam which love steam wallet cards now.
