Disclaimer: I am fully aware of the fact that the Spiral Knights forums are not my personal blog, and I have no intention of making it so.

The Hall of Heroes got a makeover, and each Hero has his/her own little niche decorated to a particular theme. Zebulon, The Specialist, happens to have encapsulated monsters (an Overtimer and Chroma Whelp) in the background.

Now, to most people there's probably nothing too interesting about these monsters in capsules. I feel like it's pretty common in sci-fi to put creatures in capsules for whatever reason.

However, I have to wonder - did the Love Puppy and Mewkat tanks from the Petrode Pack thread have anything to do with the Overtimer and Chroma Whelp behind Zebulon?
