I've got nearly all the way through EoSD (on normal with all continues. On Hard I can barely make it past Hong Mei Ling without using a continue)

Mountain of Faith just steps up the difficulty so much...or maybe it's because I haven't played it a lot. I hate that ghost chick who sways around in her annoying immaterial form while those little mine thingies fire bullets at you.
The graphics are nice though.

Given that everyone who missed this celebration is not going to be getting any kind of reward from the event, I really don't see what you have to complain about.

You got something that looks good, when the GMs were not obliged to give you anything at all. They could simply have released the guild expansion update and left it at that, but they thought it would be a nice gesture to give out some kind of commemorative stuff to celebrate. Most of which, I might add, most people will not end up using very much. Instead they got a ton of bawwing threads.

In addition, we were told several times that there would be bonuses for those who had reached certain rank levels. Not to mention most people should be trying to advance as part of the game. If you didn't get the rewards appropriate to your star level because you were messing around pounding Jelly and didn't want to lose the mission as a result of ranking up (which, I might add, isn't possible, since you can replay any mission)? That's your loss entirely.
