I think this may have been answered in the patch discussion thread, but-
If you purchased an expansion/wing, can you store it? I want to do this because my guild bought an expansion that we don't really need, and we are trying to cut back on upkeep.

If you don't pay upkeep, your entire guild will be shutdown until you do...not just that section. You have to just delete it and remake it later. Buy some of the furniture it unlocks first if you want to have some now (before having to rebuild it).
Just don't pay your upkeep and it'll be taken away from you until you do feel like paying.
Or just plan more carefully next time.
