It downloads, but it won't load, saying that

-Ensure that hardware video acceleration is fully enabled."
I have Java 7, and I've checked and rechecked everything else. It's just I am not a computer genius, and I can't make heads or tails of what's causing this.
I am pretty sure it's my graphics card, but what boggles my mind is that SK used to work before a "brain" transplant, where someone at the Notebook.com shop fixed up a bug that kept shutting of the computer at random times. I don't know what happened. All I want to know is if it is possible to play on this laptop again.
Your video card is a large part of it, yes.
Your setup was probably topping out over the threshold for running the game prior to sending it in.
I'd assume that drivers were replaced along the way during the fix, causing your setup to now cap out under the threshold. They also often like to "update" parts and programs.
Unfortunately, considering that it's integrated, it would be particularly difficult to figure out what combination of drivers would allow you to run the game again.
