My worst 2 mistakes were selling a pair of Divine Valkyrie Wings to someone for something crazy like 8kce...don't even ask -.-
And I also sold one of my FOV swords to a vendor which had the UV: CTR Medium and Slime Low (it wasn't a bad roll for my first double UV roll though XD)
Tell me ur worst mistakes and annoying moments in SK!
Dark~
Your worst mistakes and most annoying moments in SK?~
Gave 100k cr to a guy cuz he said he would double it, back when I was a wee little noob. He took the money and logged off. xD
Trading a CTR VH Leviathan blade for a snowfall aura. When i went to sell it the prices dropped 10k CE
Also buying prismatic canteen for 8k CE, putting it in AH and it was bought for less than 4kCE. Just after that somene was looking for me to buy it for 10k CE.
Next Spending 4k CE worth of crs rolling on a brandishes and the best thing i ended up with was Construct medium
Couple more things
Buying 2 Tricornes for 4k CE each when they just came out (current price 100k crs)
Buying mideival helm for 2k CE. (also at about 100k)
I think you get my point
Total loss between everything i posted = about 26k CE
I attached a pair of Prismatic Dragon Wings to my proto gear rather than previewing them when I was intending on selling them
now you have nice looking proto.... ouch
My personal color didn't match my proto, I don't wear it, and if I sold it, I would've had a large sum of money to line my pockets.
most recent but not major was buying 5k CE for 8.4k per thinking the prices were going to go up again
1kCE revive on vana.
I was foolish enough to do it again at Seerus :/
Didn't beat either.
"Tinkinzar"
lolwut. Hacker.
My worst mistakes? Hmmm...
Replying to this thread...reading this thread...
Kidding.
My worst mistake was crafting a DVS as my first 5* weapon. Which, I figured out, is a useless weapon when compared to other swords like the SS, Brandish, and Flourish lines. As F2P, I was stuck with this highly-aggressive mostly-useless piece of junk for a very long time.

getting overly addicted to a game for over a year and wasting x amount of dollars on something i barely play now >_>
Hoping for a mature comunity >.>
Worst. Mistake. Ever.
Now I'm kinda stuck (addicted) in a game that has too many ragers, beggars, over-inflated ego kids, P2Ws (with huge egos too), immature attitude, narrow minds... List goes on. I wish I had chosen better a game.
EDIT: NUUUU
I LOVE YOU SK
I WASN'T THINKING BACK THERE
PLEASE FORGIVE MEEEEH!!!!!!!!
YOU KNOW I'LL ALWAYS LOVE YOU
NO DON'T
COME BACK
WHY YOU DO THIS TO ME T_T
lols. No reason to complain if you won't stop playing. Every game has mature & immature people.
'Sides, you can find plenty of mature players. The only way you find a bunch of immature players is when you're sitting in Haven or doing PUGs.
~Sev
@Sev
Thing is. I'm addicted to the game, while I'm not comfortable with people I end up playing with. I did not point this out, but I mostly play LD (which you forgot to mention in the immature players list). Asking for mature players there is nonsense... And I find PUGs not so troubling in fact... I actually enjoy doing RJP runs to help 2/3*s, IMF for people needing Pulsars (eew) and FSC to aid 4*s to get better gear... Haven't done that in a while though... And many people I regarded as mature ended up losing it in certain circumstances.
And also, EASY FOR YOU TO SAY WHEN U NO UNDERSTAND DIS LUV-HATE RELATION I HAZ TO DIS B*TSH CALLED SK
Wait no I didn't mean it
DON'T YOU START LAGGIN ON MEH U CRAZY U
Aaaaaaand forgot to add other stupid thing I did: wasting money on a clone Skolver set. Proto+Winmillion is so much more fun.
I find public chat in LD utterly pointless. Not totally sure why it's even there. I guess maybe so people don't get PM-spammed? But then you could just ignore them.
In fact, you can just ignore them anyway.
Well, it's more likely to find immature people out of masses you don't know...like PUGs or LD.
Point is, you simply can't play any MMO without both mature and immature people. So don't even try...trust me, I already have.
Edit: Okay, maybe you can find an MMO without mature people. But not immature people.
~Sev
I've had lots of epic fails, and they are happening to me EVERYDAY, here are some:
1. Pressing the up button before the battle with Warmaster Seerus (happened yesterday 0_0)
2. Spending 1k CE on revives on a Jelly King (Royal Jelly) run and wondering why the papaya I did that
3. Bringing the wrong equipment into a Vana run, leaving to get the right equipment, but accidentally returning with the exact same ones 0_0
4. Pressing "Command-Q" (which quits the current application, I'm on a mac by the way) during an important run
5 (And WORST of all): Binding my Stunning Crest to my Proto Armor. IT WAS MY STUNNING CREST, IT HARD A BIG YELLOW SHINING STAR ON IT, IT REPRESENTED MY CHINESE NAME (夏宇星)"星" means star in chinese btw) I WILL NEVER FORGIVE MYSELF FOR THAT MISTAKE!!!
Point is, you simply can't play any MMO without both mature and immature people.
Of course, it wouldn't be an MMO if there was no-one who played the game :P
Jokes, I'm just mucking around with your double negative
The most of my mistakes was crafting a bunch of 4* weapons (not in a short period of time, though...), and then they became useless to me.
I have some.
Basically, "throwing" my money at a guy so he could buy something for me in basil's shop, because the game didn't let me. He logged off. The amount was 12k.
Crafting a Chroma Mask, and buying a Chroma Suit. Also, crafting a Boosted Plate Shield.
Lemme think.....
Clearing all the ecto drops in the AH for no reason
Lending a guy 2ce
Leaving a party to change my gear (I came back with my proto hulk set whis is basically proto armour with dragon scale set costume
Thinking my friend had a Magnus when he actually had a punch gun xD
Attaching a pumpkin bomb bandolier last Dark Harvest on my groundbreaker armor. Feeling better about it now that they're in the AH after this DH. Blew a lot of CE on revives & reviving others during newb days - I am better prepared for these things now, though I'm still not a great clockworks fighter.
I still haven't put on my Black Rose Regalia for the fear of "what if I wanna sell it someday for mad CE?!" but I got some good advice on that from another forum poster. to paraphrase 'just wear it already!'
and... TED: Don't Regret Regret reminding me that its just a game. (http://www.ted.com/talks/kathryn_schulz_don_t_regret_regret.html)
Gave all my gear away for free due to 'quitting.' Return a month later with nothing. Yay...
Finding an AoA and it goes to another player...*FALCONPAWNCHHH*
All the worthy materials go to another player...*FALCONPAWNCHHH*
This time finding an item and removing the player in order to item will go to him, item vanishes...*FALCONPAWNCHHH*
Also, what does PUG mean?
going against an immature spam guild in GLD
PUG means pick up group, in reference to not pre-organising your party members before you jump into the dungeon: just getting together with any random player at the time (which is what a lot of us not in guilds do)
Speaking of that... I seem to be some sort of Material Magnet. Irregardless of what gear I wear or my game progress, 60% of materials go to me (in a four person party) when I'm using my primary account. Maybe it's some sort of secret gift to paying players? :/ I feel so guilty when I eat all the mats in a level (and I'm wearing rubbish armour in a party with 3 other 5 star players)
fail trolling on the forums like a year ago
and selling a hallow plate mail for 990 cr
Thanks for the reply guys! I really enjoyed reading them an i know some of them are exceptionally painful! >w< keep em coming ;D
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Quite a while ago I attempted soloing one of the supposedly easy daily prestige missions as I had done previously, but this time it was a devilish drudgery...you know what's coming, it doesn't sound too bad, but I spent about 150 ce on revives, didn't actually complete the mission, annoyed ALL my Unity guild mates until their brains echoed my name, and that left me without enough ce to craft my level 9 and 3 quarter Storm Driver that I had meant to have also been heating in that run...0.0
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
@severage: hahaha my first 5* weapon was also the DVS, I thought it was so cool, fancy and fast, until the DA took over...
@Xxpapaya: 'Command-Q' my worst enemy >.> Welcome to my world! ;)
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
P.S. Sorry for not replying sooner to everyone! ^^)

Dark~
Mine's... you may have guessed... not getting the Lionheart Blade. It looks so cooooooooooool... Must have... but won't. :(
Getting an Emberbreak Shield from a treasure box after the (solo) vana fight -_-
And when I tried to do the 1-29 depth no death run today for the achievements, I lagged in the last arena and got mauled by a horde of mechas! It was depth 23, so close and yet so far!!!!! (ノ ಠ益ಠ)ノ彡 ┻━┻
Spending over 3,000 CE total on energy revives before I understood the value of CE and the fact that it's ok to just accept a loss and try again another time.
Crafting a Cold Iron Carver (at least I was smart enough to stop there).
Happened recently, I had a weapon drop in Royal Jelly Palace.
It was a cautery sword however.
Besides every day?
One time I burned one of my triple UV tickets from the shard bomb compensation on my Voltaic. All family bonuses. None more than +2 or particularly useful since I almost always use Mad Bomber for significant charge and damage bonuses. Then again, I have developed the habit of using the initial detonation damage for Vaporizers for element damage instead of bothering to craft whatever shard bomb deals element. I could use HDecon but Blast lines are how a bomber cheaps out.
There have probably been worse things I have been stupid/inattentive enough to experience but that stands out the most at the moment.
Buying a divine halo at 3mil on featured when the price dropped to less than 500k a month later due to the energy event
@Toksyuryel: wow 3kce on reviving? -.-
@Sir-Alfred: ooooh! That is soon painful >.< have you got the achievement or attempted again since? ;o
@Klipwc: ...........TROLOLOLOLOL! ~w~ sorry that has happened to me but in a less extreme way, and with a far less valuable item. But look on the bright side, you still got the halo eh?!
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Dark~
1. Accidently attached Shadow d-wings to heavenly iron armour
2. Buying pris vwings for 12k ce, sold for 10 b/c i was in need of the ce and then someone offered 19k for a pair... *Facepalm*
Sir-Alfred: I lagged in the last arena and got mauled by a horde of mechas! It was depth 23, so close and yet so far!!!!!
Wait, since when was there an arena on Depth 23 in arcade gates?
"1kCE revives cost 2270 energy"
Uhhh lolwut?
I'm just waiting for someone to say "Saving my Mewkat Pocket to sell for 1.5M Crowns soon, then Nonna was re-released".
~Sev
Auctioning off an Iron Lockbox for 1,000 Crowns.... 1,000.... Crowns....
Vendoring my Sinister Skelly set before Heart of Ice came out...
@snarkfalarkus: haha that's hysterical!
@hexzyle: lol wat? :s
@hadesrebellion: omg that's horrible m8 XDXDXDXD
@pythonal: didn't u research the price -.-
------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------
Keep em coming! XDXD

Fixed my post. I said Tinkinzar when I meant Seerus.
My most recent brain fart (although it wasn't too serious) was when I installed out guild alchemy room in the most inconvenient spot, simply because I wasn't thinking. Had to grind up another 90k to move it. Granted my guild got a good laugh out of it, haha.
If I remember any GOOD ones I'll be sure to post them. I've had plenty of moments where I went moron-mode that could raise a good laugh.
selling a pair of Divine Valkyrie Wings to someone for something crazy like 8kce
That's a mistake? How much do they usually go for?
