Vitapod 30?

So I was looking at random wiki pages when I found this.
"Although stronger vitapods have been available in earlier versions of the game, the strongest vitapod currently available gives 30 more health (only achievable in the Shadow lairs)."
I've never seen a vitapod 30 in a shadow lair, so has anyone here seen one? Guess it must be a rare drop then :S

It's possibly just how vitapod values are calculated. Does anyone know what multiples shadow lair vitapods come in? 3? If it's 5, then I can understand (5 x 6 = 30, as you can sometimes get a 6, 12, or 18 vitapod in tier 1, 2 and 3 respectively)

It's not because he's a boss, you can often get 18 vitapods on depth 28 (and sometimes 27, but rarely)
SLs typically give 21. Never seen a 30.

21 is a rare instance of 7 x
21 is a rare instance of 7 x the 3x modifier. That means that shadow lair vitapods work in multiples of 3 just like Tier 3 does. It's probably possible to get vitapods higher than 21, but of course it would be exponentially rarer each increment.

Vitapods
I believe that article to be false until someone can provide me with evidence of anything higher than a level 7 vitapod being obtained in the Shadow Lairs. Regular Tier 3 spelunking can produce a +3 (level 1), +6 (level 2), +9 (level 3), +12 (level 4), +15 (level 5) and +18 (level 6) vitapod and they scale the deeper you go. In my experience, the Shadow Lairs have so far only been able to produce a +21 vitapod (level 7) and no higher level vitapod has been discovered even as you close in on the boss level itself. A +30 vitapod would be considered a level 10 vitapod, meaning there must be a level 8 and 9 vitapod to scale up towards it, though as I said I have never seen a level 8 vitapod drop in the Shadow Lairs even in Smoldering Steps nor is it dropped by the minions in the Throne Room.
Unless evidence can be provided, the wiki should be edited as not to further mislead readers in the future.

I believe i saw vita higher than +21 in the SL. But it definitely wasn't +30.

my recollection
I haven't done a Shadow Lair in a while, but my recollection is that the vitapods there are around +25 or even +28. These vitapods are not rare in the Shadow Lairs; they are simply the caliber of vitapod that drops. Basically, Shadow Lairs are Tier 4.

I've done only about five or six Shadow Lairs, and not recently, so people should probably trust Wodanct over me on this one.

I dont know what to say, but the wiki has that 27 vitapod screenshot.
Tried to check with spiral spy and i found out numbers arent in textures, but generated dynamically :(

Shadow Lairs only drop Vita
Shadow Lairs only drop Vita 21's, as far as I can tell.
Tier 1 - Vitapods drop in multiples of 1
Tier 2 - Vitapods drop in multiples of 2
Tier 3 - Vitapods drop in multiples of 3
Shadow Lair - They drop in multiples of 3, which means it's still Tier 3. One could assume that if Tier 4 is released, those pods will drop in multiples of 4.

You do get Vitas higher than
You do get Vitas higher than 21. My first run of a SL I got a +24 vita and I'm fairly certain I saw a +27.
I'd believe that a +30 exists, but I've never seen it.

As far as I know, the only 30 Vita ever seen/used is when a GM dropped one when leaving. I know tere's a pic somewhere, I may go hunting for it sometime.

Current SLs give a maximum
Current SLs give a maximum Vitapod of 21. The only way to get anything higher without GM help and the like was during the initial preview server testing of Shadow Lairs, where the highest possible was 24. Nothing else could ever be legitimately obtained since the game's release. That image on the wiki is from the beta, and is no longer possible.

Hmmm
I vaguely remember sometime during the lifespan of the game seeing such vitapods, but it's been years since I saw one drop.
I think at some moment they changed the system, and those stopped dropping.

I've never been in the Shadow Lair before XD So I have no idea :P But I guess its possible................maybe sometimes the boss will drop it. Like how Vanaduke sometimes drops an 18 vitapod once defeated..................
