So, one morning I was actually awake to see one of the Maintenance restarts that occurs. Thankfully I did otherwise I would not have noticed that every time the server resets, guild halls switch back from public to private. I felt this may have been the cause when all of the officers had no clue who was setting it back to private everyday.

Hrmph.
Well that's silly. Much of our latest growth is based on players visiting the guild hall, even when we aren't around.

if it's not a bug, then the guild hall should be removed from the open guilds listing when this happens. Currently it isn't.
It's not a bug, fyi if EVERY member of a guild was offline at any one point in time the guild hall automatically closes.
