I was rank 6-1 when the Homecoming Rewards were distributed and got the 3* Honor sword/shield combo, leveled up to 7-1 just now and did not receive the 4* set in the mail. Is this a glitch? It's not yet the 20th, so I should get it for achieving the appropriate rank, right?

I can confirm that it did not automatically level up, still 3* set (at least for me). Thanks :/ here's hoping they'll make it a retroactive upgrade afterwards for those who ranked up before the event ended.

99% sure its a one-time thing based on your current rank of whenever you logged in. If anything, the gear might've 'leveled' up on its own but doubt it.
