I know for a fact that the Loadout panel never had that expanding "Info" section, but, did the minimap always have that animation inside of it, or am I just noticing it now?
Were these always here?

Minimap always had that gear animation. The info section for the loadouts is new.

I guess I'm just unobservant as hell, is all. To the Graveyard with thee! And take thine shadow with thee, for we have no need of it here!
It has always been there, sorry. (at least since I started play, 2 Augusts ago.)
