If Vogs are extinct due to being hunted for coats then why aren't Wolvers extinct? People hunted for their coats and fur as well.

Think of Mamooths and Elephants. Or a panda and a grizzly bear. Dodos and... chickens. Or humans and neardenthals. Related but not identical.

1. Vog cubs were more valuable, hunting was more aggressive
2. Vog population was naturally smaller than regular wolvers
3. vog CUBS were SIMILAR to an ALPHA wolver.

So the question is kinda stupid.
