Question about Premium Account

Ok let's suppose that i have an account, Account1. And I have a Knights on that account, PG1.
If i buy some CE from PG1, i become premium, but if i delete PG1 and i create another PG, PG2. Will PG2 be premium?

So my question is. Is the premium knight related or account related?

"Premium" is account related

"Premium" is account related (that is if you refer to premium as in a paid which account [with a separate mist pool] that had history of purchasing with real money). Elevator pass is also account-wide. OCH too.
