So! I crossed my fingers and apparently it worked, because I just got an attack speed high UV on a shockburst brandish =D

Now I am left with the question of whether or not I should keep it or sell it, as I definately could use the money. But this is also a fun, fast weapon now when paired with my swift buckler.....
