See title, if I buy my friend OCH as a gift through steam, and he activates it on his account, will his account be premium / have its own mist?
I remember reading that it does but my google-foo can't come up with anything.

I couldn't confirm one way or the other, but I wouldn't think so, since he didn't buy anything, didn't buy any CE packages or the like and was only gifted it.

Then again, the system might not recognise that it's a gift and may just see it as "Oh, he has OCH /turns on premium".
