Spur line

It has come to my attention that Spur, for the past year, has never had an improvement. There's no 5* spur-like sword yet. I mean come on. Who doesn't want that sexy curved fast sword in lower stratums? OOO should make a new sword OR change the Spur line so that Spur is 3*, Arc Razor 4* and Winmillion 5*.
Thoughts?
