Yesterday, I have crafted my very first 4* weapon, Blazebrand. For a F2P player, I just need a month before I can craft other 4* items and I need to craft the best of the best in 4*. So, any suggestions?
Any suggestion on the best 4* equipments?

Looks like I have to upgrade my Super Blaster. I already have the Ash Tail Coat recipe, so I will focus on making it. Also, I entered Tev's contest and my prize preference in 5* is Polaris, hope I can win and get the Polaris. Once again, thanks for the suggestion!

Blaster line wouldn't be my first choice for a side-arm. It's not that bad, but it isn't outstanding either, especially before 5* (it gains a small directional knockback at 5*, which is good). Edit : apparently no longer the case, see Brady's post.
My choice would be on an Antigua line for a swordsman side-arm, especially Argent Peacemaker line (4* is silversix), or perhaps a Polaris line (4* is gigawatt pulsar) if you really have problems with turrets and not so much with the rest.
The rest is good.

I cannae say with certainty since I don't own/use Blasters, but I was under the impression that when they implemented the gun buff, they fixed it so that all blasters received that KB effect.

I know that you're F2P, and you just got to 4-star. So you may be thinking that 5-star items are a long way away. But planning equipment carefully is even more important for F2P players than for P2P players, because each mistake costs you a lot of grinding time.
Simply put, the best 4-star items are the ones that lead to the best 5-star items. So go to the wiki, and the Arsenal forum, and research which 5-star item you want. Then get their precursors. Or, give us more information about your intended play style, and we can give you specific advice.

It really depends if you're a swordie, gunner, or bomber
Swords- For the most part, people use Ashtail set
I'm not much of a gunner or bomber but here are some suggestions:
Gunner-Sunset set
Bomber-Heavy demo set

If you base your opinions on 4* weapons then you'll just get stuck with a Winmillion. Not that I would know...

If winmillion had a 5* it is my firm opinion that it would at least be better than leviathan blade.
Master Blaster, for utility;
If you're a bomber: Heavy Demo set, Master Blast Bomb, Spike Shower
If you're a gunner: Sunset set, Silversix, Blackhawk, any 4* alchemer, 4* pulsar
If you're a swordie: Ash Tail set, Grand Flourish, Silent Nightblade, Blazebrand (what you already have)
That's what I recommend. What's best depends on your current arsenal.
