I understand the randomness, that's fine.
Also understand if people have to leave a game, go idle, get disconnected resulting in them not being able to participate in the game.

Was just wondering if you could enable an option to let a player join a game that is down one party member?
I don't know about the other tiers, but Tier 3 is absolutly brutal, and when you lose a person it usually means defeat (there are extreem circumstances always, and I love rooting for the underdog!)

As a bonus, if perhaps the other team goes down TWO players, one person could hop from their team to the other?
