You're either going to die in 1.4 seconds or too long to warrant it being a 'duel' because the amount of damage your blades are doing is ridiculous.
If this is true, people will usually set up matches with good friends.
This ruins the fun, so it is not possible
The game simply isn't balanced for plain 1v1 battles.
