When I craft, the glowy graphic starts but the sound doesn't play, and when it finishes it says "Failed!" and "An unexpected error occurred on the server" and nothing is crafted.
Also whenever I craft (before, and now when I try), I can't type in chat until I alt tab out and back in.

The whole dxdiag really isn't necessary. Just CPU/GPU/RAM/OS/Drivers is needed.
Item I was attempting to craft was equipped.
Perhaps a clearer indication that this is the issue would work, but, carry on everyone. Sorry for the false alarm.
