Speed: How much you move around/ How much you avoid Attacks, The Best Defense IS the Best offense!
Aim: How many times you hit an enemy, Swinging away madly with MAX ASI and not hitting anything does not help anyone!
Teamwork: Help Your team! Either by Helping a team mate make a kill, Or Capturing a point!, Making a teammate solocap is one of the worst things to do!

What if your a bomber? o.o
Would aim count as a requirement as... well you know we cant aim really :D
Other than that I would love to join your guild, currently I am a T4 bomber working my way up to Mercurial Demo
I use Nitro and shivermist bombs currently, I am in the making of a voltaic tempest but basically my role in LD is to capture points and make the enemys have obstacles to run around helping to channel them to my teamates or if the person is stupid enough, cause damage.
I am on every day usually from 8-10pm EST and sometimes 5-6 om EST.
