Why is that may spiral knights are not working? im sure my computer have all the requirements that is needed for it to be played. My computer is in windows 7 with java, Graphics:NVIDIA GEFORCE 9500 GT with a 1743mb video Memory, Memory:2048mb, 41.9gb gard drive space.
Please tell me what will i do T.T

thats all i know
i download its installer from this site and then i install it after i install it i click the spiarl knight icon in my desktop and the only thing that will show up is
