Impostocubes are giggle-inducing rare creatures that currently lack a special drop (as far as we players know anyway). Based purely on what they are, I think they should occasionally drop costume items. A mustache and toupe helmet, a smoking jacket, etc.

mewkats do NOT drop the helmet on the wiki. that is a rumor, and according to a few reliable people i've talked to, the 3star helmet was dropped off mewkat's loot table after beta ended.

THIS THREAD DIED!!!!! You can't make valid points on threads that are old because time has past and changed things. It might have not been a drop then but i don't think people actualy knew that at that time.
I completely agree with you. The Mewkat, another rare creature, also sometimes drops a special item (which I sadily did not earn when I destroyed it), and it would make sense for the Impostocube to also drop one.
