This is obviously OOO's way of secretly discontinuing the game. Every day, they will take longer and longer to reboot the servers, until one day they never reboot at all!

Most likely it's an update, because OOO can't find any better time to test out new game features onto the actual server (which have different rules than the testing server), so just in case if anything goes wrong, they can fix it the next day and put it again for experimentation

Unless you were asking for an o'clock, which seems pretty pointless due to time zone differences.

Some of the players can access it starting from San Fransisco location and it'll spread the reconnection soon, I guess. :v
