Well for one, it costs way too much for silly beds and chairs which aren't even satisfactory.
For #2 you can't even sit in peoples laps when they're in chairs.
#3 My main reason is that people can't share a bed.

And here we have the inevitable complainer- OOO has done everything right for this update, but there will always be the one... now compare one to all but one as it was during the shard bomb update.
I was a bit disappointed with the broken bed mechanic too- the knights obviously don't sleep or relax, so having only one per bed means that all the other knights at the......... event....... have to either sit in chairs near the bed or otherwise on the ground to partake in the... activity.
You know, when they sit around and talk. Naw, JK, beds are fine.

I agree, guild stuff is extremely expensive, but at least it gives you something to work towards. I'd be more disappointed if things were easy to obtain.

The high prices are actually a good thing, as it is intended to be a guild hall and supposed to be purchased with the combined income of the guild for the guild's use, plus it gives me incentive to actually play.
I'm pretty sure ya'll got trolled pretty bad, for the most part anyway, I think the price bit was at least half-serious.
Watch the devs take his third point seriously and actually implement it into the game, but completely ignore his first and only serious point about the price of furniture being too high.
The only thing OOO did wrong in this update was the whole "default" thing. Everything else about the update is golden and I love it.
Bunk beds, sofas, and terminals (that look like TVs or computers) would rock.

I suppose there is the good chance that he is attempting to write satire, or that he has the intention of messing with all of us... its probably the first, as there are far better ways to troll than this. If this is the case, than my apologies for not analyzing his text better.

1. Guildhalls are endgame crown sinks. They're like accessories: intended for endgame players with money to burn, not up and coming knights who should be focusing on acquiring stronger gear. The endgame issue was a major problem in the past, with most longterm players doing nothing but accumulating money or buying accessories and causing the price of energy to skyrocket, and the guildhall update is the intended method of tackling the CE problem. The crown costs are ludicrously high to give endgame players motivation to play again.
This is where it starts to get awkward.
2. Description of the chair states that it provides a single Knight comfort. I think the weight of two Knights on the chair would cause it to collapse, and what if you're the one being sat on? Devs might include loveseats, sofas, or benches with later updates.
3. Those are awfully small twin size beds; I doubt cramming two Knights into a single bunk would be very comfortable. Who knows, the devs might include king size double beds with a later update, but that's promoting things that shouldn't be promoted.
