So, on the Wiki it says that for every $9.95 spent in a single purchase you get a free mirrored lockbox

I live in England, just wondering if I need to spend £9.95 or if I need to spend the equivalent of $9.95 in Pounds?

That deal is over.

"Mirrored Lockboxes are obtained as a prize from the prize wheel, or as a bonus for every $9.95 spent in a single purchase(that is, 2 Mirrored Lockboxes are the bonus for any purchase $19.90 or more, 3 lockboxes for $29.85, etc.) from April 18-22, 2012."

That was a special deal that's over now, it is no longer applicable.
