Hi,
I am currently using Vog Cub and Divine Avenger. I am tired of swords. I often enjoy gunning in lockdown... even if it's with a Strike Needle in FSC.
Should I get a Shadowsun Slicker & Stetson first? Or Storm Driver & Valiance? Or Hail Driver and Umbra Driver? Other gun suggestions (No AP/Sent PLEASE)?

I do agree with Juances and Apophis-Set that you should get weapons before armor. Weapons strongly influence your play style, while armor doesn't. In other words, weapons are fun, while armor is boring. Try a variety of guns, determine your play style, and then get armor.
Apophis-Set would have you using two elemental guns at the start. Not a good idea in general. You want two non-normal damage types.
Um.... first the guns then the armor. Else the stetson won't be buffing anything.
