and yes . he got it ... he just appeared when i soloed and open boxes . when i wasnt looking he grab the loot and run after floor ....

I don't understand your sentence. I am inferring that he joined at your depth, and just swiped the loot and left.
Based on your picture, you had 4 in your party. Tomzai would have go solo upon seeing the armor, but your Aresiontko had took the armor and went off your party.
Look, nobody had pointed out that he had gone soloing.

The either yer friend has obtained the item and used the function for his own tomfoolery against ye guys, or he's just plain stupid that he didn't knew the drawbacks of going solo.

You have a bad friend there, I have never seen an error like this. only possible explanation is, your friend is lying.
Your friend basically received the armor, pretends to dc and leaves instead. He is off your party list, so he obviously log offed, closed the game or returned to haven. If your friend Dced, he would stay in your party list and he can return to the same map within an allocated time of about 5 minutes.
Your friend lies that he doesn't have the armor, so that you wouldn't blame him that he accidentally took it without everyone going solo, so everyone can have a copy.
Edit : Based on the picture you shown me, he has only went back to Haven. If he is your friend and he has logged off or closed the game, there should be a message stating so. If not, it's just another one of those bad gamers in SK
