I think you should definitely keep it, the Brandish line probably has the best Elemental swords. With a charge time reduction, they get much better.
A Glacius or Voltedge (my favorite!) would probably be a better idea since the statuses still deal damage but provide crowd control, however, if you want to go the pure damage route, go for it (remember that Fire doesn't work in FSC). After getting a Voltedge, I never equipped my Divine Avenger ever again.
If you really want to sell that thing, you can get about 2kCE for it, like the previous poster said.

Thanks, and I'm well beyond 5-star point, even already have a glacius (which similar to you, replaced my DA).
A friend of mine uses voltedge a lot, so I figured combuster would have nice synergy with it.
If you have 0-4 5star weapons, keep it for a combuster
If u have what you feel is enough to do vanaduke without some problems, then sell it for about 2kce
