Yeah, sorry, but you can only get it with krogmo coins. Just play a bunch of LD, and maybe get some krogmo coin boosters, and always fill up the bribe-o-meter, to get the most krogmo coins. Or buy a ready-made shockburst (~14-16kcr I think)

I know everyone says the recipe is bound to you but when i look at its description it says "item with bind to you when equipped". But, i buying one anyway so that i can save my krogmo coins to get the 4* recipe.
