-Parrying Blade (military) Gives that sort of Order of the Rose fashion royalty.
-Vertical Vents (military)
-Not sure if it is compatible with Rose Regalia, but Side Blade (same reason as parrying blade)

Personally I'm an advocate for "Less is more"
So I'd say a Military Pipe and maybe a Military Canteen or a Military Parrying Blade.

Uh... at a guess I'd say Military, although I haven't exactly worked towards creating an outfit for that set so I'm not absolutely certain. They're not the most expensive of accessories, but then the price would depend on what kind you were after - Military Glasses or Vertical Vents would be much more expensive than a Canteen or (Vog forbid) Knight Vision Goggles.
There's Prismatic, too, which would definitely go with any Rose Regalia. Not sure how much you'd be willing to spend on outfitting your costume though, since they tend to go for well over a hundred thousand.
