i created 3 twisted targe and it says not tradeable in auction house or hall can someone tell me why is that i bought the snarble barb from brinks. i tried selling all my weapons in my arsenal it says the same thing but i can sell materials. sidenote i unbind them as well so please tell me what is wrong

You bought it from brinks
When you buy items from brinks, It gets automatically bound.

Are all of them unbound? If one isnt you cant sell the others.

Things to check
1) Can you afford the fee?
2) Do you actually have the item?
3) Is it bound to you?
4) Is your internet working? or have you disconnected?
If all above are met, and its not working, try reinstalling, and if it persists, contact support.

i unbound all weapons, armor and helmet i went to all new recruit issue stuff and still same issue

Unequipped is not the same as unbound. Read the item description. Does it say "this item is bound to you"? Like Msaad said above, items bought from Brinks are automatically bound. You have to pay the gremlin in the bazaar to unbind them for trade.

Any weapon you purchase from
Any weapon you purchase from brinks OR equip to your character once becomes "Bound". Bound means you cannot trade them, even if you are not wearing them. You can unbind items with CE in the bazzar.
