Holy Chromalisks, that page is completely destroyed. I can't simply go in and fix it because Steam accounts cannot log into the wiki.

My apologies, while blocking the user in question I've inadvertently and unintentionally blocked other players too and caused some HWFO (and then running away for some hours later). This should be fixed. Do let me know if that's not true, though.
Laraso, have you tried doing a hard refresh (Ctrl+F5) to see if the page updates itself correctly?
I did Ctrl+F5 but I'm still seeing the same broken page. Should I clear my cache/cookies?

I've cleared my cache and my cookies and it's still broken. I've also tried viewing the page in both Firefox and Internet Explorer, but it looks the same in both browsers.
It shows advertisements for me as well.
I can confirm that I had the same issue but on Chrome. I've done a null edit on the New Player Briefing page and it should be back to normal.

Someone named Hkerthlave has been posting advertisements to the wiki. GM Atalanta is trying to fix it, apparently. This is related to the other thread in this forum, about how people can't edit the wiki because their IP addresses are blocked. It's all this Hkerthlave jerk.
Currently, the contents of the section you linked are:

* 100 mist energy (ME) recharges over 22 hours (1 ME every 13.4 minutes).
* Crystal energy (CE) can be bought from other players in the CE market with crowns, or with money from Three Rings.
* Mist energy is shared between accounts playing from the same computer, unless one of the accounts has ever paid for any energy with cash; see the Energy FAQ for more detailed information.
* If you feel you need to post on the forums about the system, please do not make new topics, use an existing one.
I don't see how it's "totally destroyed". What's wrong with it?
