Go to the end of any tier 1.
Go to the end of any tier 1. You're there.
Seriously. Depth 8.
Surely you've seen this at least once...perhaps you forgot the level loading description but the game told you when you were there.
So the only different thing this time is go talk to the person that was blocking your way by a field barrier.
You just need to finish level 8 to reach him.
