The best solution is to make a Skill-Lockdown:
like a ordinair lockdown but then everyone has the same equippement.
and to make it still hard: in the waiting room (lobby) everyone is able to choose which person they want to copy, the most counts wins and if there are 2 or more in the same number (50:50 or 25:25:25:25 or 33:33:33, ect).
(harder because you will need to be able handle kinds of weapons and abilities you (maybe) not even know about)
