yeah happened a few times, restarted comp unistalled and re installed spiral knights, cleared my java cache, checked my sofware was all up to date, its clearly nothing to do with any of my hardware, anybody got any suggestions as to what i might be able to do? , or is everyone getting this?
keep getting a black screen upon trying to get into haven.

I have the same problem
Have the same problem. Missions (and GH) are available, but heaven is not.
UPDATE: i found temporary method to exit to heaven - join friend, who already in heaven... this work, but button "return to heaven" still doesn't work.

I've seen this happen before, I once got a black screen when in the ready room, my UI still worked, but I couldn't see the scene. Reinstalling fixes the issue, unless it's something Graphics Card-related.

Exactly the same thing here.
Exactly the same thing here. Tried everything that the OP tried, didn't work at all (playing through steam).
Has anyone found a fix yet?
EDIT: Haven works fine for me now, I didn't do anything this time though

If anyone's still having this
If anyone's still having this problem then you can get to Haven by starting a mission and then taking the Lobby elevator up to Haven.
Getting the same error right now, but I can get into the guildhall haha
