I understand. I can't take it back.

I wish this guildhall update had never happened. I told myself when I remade the guild that I wouldn't have to deal with any drama, we wouldn't care about rank or 'people contributing'. With the loss of you as a friend I must now accept my transition to everything I hate.

I never thought it would be like this. Everyone has a different opinion of how the mist well should be used. almost everyone's guild storage has been robbed including ours, people can accidentally remove a hundred thousand cr specialty room, think floors are free, promise to pay back the guild treasury for buying all those chairs in time for upkeep, etc. Then you get hacked and I don't know what to think about the possibilities for chaos.

Its gotten so that I don't know what's what and I can let something like the guild record and this whole terrible guild update make me do things we all regret.

Yikes, drama. Too many people

Yikes, drama. Too many people use a guild as a large friends list. If you're in a guild, you should all have a fairly similar idea of how to use the well energy.

That being said, there are some problems with guild halls. I think it was worth it still, but it deserves some tweaking.

...

lol.

I sympathize with your loss, but ranking everyone up to Officer+ just because they say "Oh no worries" is a bad idea. My guild probably has a higher-than-average number of Officers and GMs, but nobody has stolen from the officer storage or Mist Wells, because took precautions before it happened.

Nobody except the creator of the Guild, not even other GMs (unless they pay for it right then) are allowed to add anything to the Guild Hall either.

the mist well has been abused a couple times, but they were either demoted, kicked, or have paid back.

Sandbox...

Sorry you have had a bad experience with it.

Features that give players new ways to interact are bound to cause some trouble. I just think of guild drama as the 'meta-game' for these persistent, online experiences... Despite everything, I'm always up for developments that allow people to create and not just recreate.

"LoL! All GM, Officer, Veterans must be super trusted"

Veterans too? I thought the only thing they could change that was of any actual importance was the MoTD...

Well, veterans can also go

Well, veterans can also go into design mode, and there doesn't seem to be a way to revert any changes they make...
