Opened a box, nothing in it.

Today after a couple of winterfest runs I got myself a box, so me and a couple of guild mates decided to open them together. On the count of three we all opened our boxes, but I found out my box had no items in it (check screenshot).
I am not asking for a refund, I would just like people to know that this happened and it might happen to others. http://steamcommunity.com/sharedfiles/filedetails/?id=112979950

Hmmm...

Well.... I opened a frosty lockbox too, but something different happened. When opening a lockbox if u look at your character it shows the sign of what you got. When, I opened my lockbox it showed some snowball stuff, confetti and an accessory. I clicked the arrows and it only showed snowball stuff and confetti. I asked some friends and they said it was probably a bug......except one went to LD xD. Is it a bug?

@Boodo Exact same thing happened to me. Opened three lockboxes and they all showed a costume piece or accessory, but I checked and nothing was in my inventory but snowballs and confetti. Hopefully I don't lose out on those items altogether because of this.

I think its best to save the

I think its best to save the boxes until a fix comes out for this, no need in wasting hard earned boxes for nothing.

Wild Magikarp Appears!

I had the same problem as you, Wolfe. I opened a box, it said unlocking, and....that's it, it continued to say unlocking. I couldn't move or type, so after 30 seconds I just hit escape and it went away, but I did not get any confetti, snowballs, or accessories. Seemed like a waste of a perfectly good box :/

I had the exact same thing

I had the exact same thing happening as you Chaossonata. On one or two boxes i think.
Hope all that time spent token hunting wasn't wasted.

The stuff I got from

The stuff I got from purchasing a starter pack for $20 came up with only consumeables and no trinkets. Everything from the vendor though worked for me. o:

The same bug happened with the harvest boxes, they said to send a support mail with the time you opened the box and they'll get your items to you.

After sending a Support

After sending a Support ticket about it a GM helped me out to get my item back, so I would suggest anyone else with the same problem to do that.
