Is it just me, or does anyone else end up in a party of window-lickers who seem to be playing with their feet? I've had 2 good parties, and roughly 42 horrid, awful parties. Is anyone else getting this?

alot of communication and teir 2 or 1 also helps greatly

I use a Voltaic Tempest on the mission because it slows enemies down considerably. Unfortunately, they like to stand next to switches while shocked, so the gates open and close intermittently for the duration.
No, because I arrange parties with my guild and friends and freinds' freinds and whatnot. Also, T1.
