it always put me in T3 lockdown, even if i have complete 1*star armor on me, same with Save Winterfest, i always have t3 mobs there
can not change tier in lockdown

WF: depth depends on you mission rank, not on your gear
Do you have any loadouts, which would seem to have 4* and above gear?
If this is true, unmark them from PvP
