so I mentioned that I am having a problem very often with writing someone a mail. It's because people are having extra ordinary letters, signs or very long names and every time I want to write someone a message to their mailbox in SK I have to enter the receiver of the mail. Which is absolutely okay! But like I said sometimes people just have complicated names and that's where I thought of maybe adding something like clicking on the person you want to write a message to on your friendslist or in Haven and there is something like "Send message". Just like you can click on people and inspect them but you write a message to that person. I thought it would be usefull maybe.
