If you want to have serious fun on the Internet (and a game like this is included in that set) with other people, and I mean SERIOUS fun, unless you can block out everyone else, there will be raucous intruders. And, unfortunately, in most places anonymity steps in to prevent much revenge. Next time do it in a place where unwelcome disturbances are impossible (or unlikely).

I'm okay with trolling but what might be fun and humor to you is not fun and humor to someone, especially people hosting an event. Now I wasn't there and I don't know exactly what happened and I'm not placing blame on anyone. I'm saying that I'm familiar with this thing called trolling, and at one time, participated in some of these trolling... adventures. But sometimes it can be outright rude and mean. Not funny. Not cool.

I will say i do think that was his mom, and the person that said, "Suicide pic." Should be banned from the game.

Don't EVER imply or tell someone that they might or should commit something so awful. Especially when they are young and have problems with making friends and fitting in. I know this was graveyarded but I had to say my peace. I'm sick of how people are treating others on the internet like there aren't consequences to their actions. Like " I was only joking" is suddenly a reason to get away with what you were saying and doing. No. That's not acceptable.

On a more related note, although I disagree (euphamized) with Phantom's general conduct as a whole, I do agree that the 'Suicide pic' comment was completely unnecessary. Atrum, you really do need to work on not being so aggressive; arguments on the internet are arguments on the internet, don't go dragging other things into it for hostile use.

I was cynical in my last post because it annoys me when parents rush to the defense of their kids, despite whatever it was that they did to earn them the trouble they got into. Staving off unnecessary aggression is fine, but when they outright deny all liability because kid, it irritates me.

I cannot count the number of times I've read news reports, or generally just seen parents, who sometimes don't even KNOW their own kids run around screaming and wailing because their son/daughter died(due to a mob fight or whatever)/got arrested/was caught in bad company etc, screaming things like "He was a good boy! He never did anything wrong." When clearly said child had been dabbling in the dark.

I can understand sentimental attachment, but I find it's just plain wrong to shield your child from all the repercussions of their actions. Do that, and they'll learn nothing. They'll continue with the mentality that they did nothing wrong, and continue to do whatever it is was considered wrong.

My older sister suffers from both Down Syndrome and Autism. She's in her 20s, but she can't even speak a straight sentence. So this isn't a matter of me being hard on less-abled people. My sister's had her her fair share of being called retarded behind her back, in spite instead of fact, no less.

Still, we've had some progress with her. Not much mind, considering most of it was trying to reverse habits she had learned, from where we don't know, inclusive of spitting(anywhere really), stealing food, habitually drinking milk, waking up at 3AM and giggling until morning, stuffing herself with food as much as possible; She may not be normal mentally, but that's no reason not to show her whatever way she understands that she's been doing wrong.
