The description for Triglav says it has a slight chance of causing strong freeze, but it only does moderate. This can be confirmed by investigating the thaw damage, which is 211 on guild hall punching bags (same as Hail Driver). The thaw damage from Glacius is 232.
Thaw damage is the same for both the charge and the second swing.
So... wich is wrong, the description or the effect? Sudaruska (allegedly) causes moderate stun.
Is it a typo and the actual weapon is fine? Does it need a buff?
Thats something us players can discuss.
Well, obviously, as a wielder of Triglav, I want the actual freeze to be strong like the description states. Triggy needs all the help she can get.
An decent piece of detective work, but there's not much we as users can do about it.
