Allow Helm front accessories on Round Helm

Like, I really don't see a reason as to why Round Helms can't have armor front accessories (Glasses, Mustaches etc etc). Round Helm is a Winged Helm without the Wings, so there really is no reason that it shouldn't accept Helm Front accessories.

My friend Whimsy is trying to create a Kora costume and can't because of this overlooked error. I doubt this was intentional, but I doubt it's a bug either seeing how the Round Helm has been about for a while now. Spiral Round Helms (the proto gear) can do it, so why not costume pieces?

If we already have something in the game and not just in Spiral Spy with the exact same model, though it may be colored differently, there is no reason for its available accessory slots to be different. That would be like having two pairs of the same wool socks but one has googly eyes and the other has a mustache. What the liquids is wrong with those socks.
